Hello Everyone, today we will explore a small but very important feature of Dynamics 365. This was available in earlier version of Dynamics (Ax2012). This feature allows you to create your own view of the Dynamics screen, this can really help users to avoid navigate or filter or add/Remove columns every time. So, let’s start.
Pre-Requisites: Enable features from feature management.

Note: Enable Features in this given order only, how it is explained below.
- (Preview) Saved views
This preview feature enables saved views, which is a significant enhancement to the personalization subsystem. This feature allows users to have multiple named sets of personalization per page. Views can also be published to security roles. For more details about what it means to be a preview feature, see

Open any form in Dynamics 365 and You will see menu item with “My View” as default
Filter or personalize your screen as per your requirement by applying filter or add/Remove columns (You can have multiple View for any user)

- (Preview) New grid control
This preview feature replaces the existing grid control with a new control that has faster rendering, smoother scrolling, and less jumping when navigating in the grid. The new grid also allows drag-and-drop column reordering, entry of mathematical expressions in numeric cells, the ability to calculate totals at the bottom of numeric columns, and the ability to get ahead of the system when editing or creating data. - (Preview) Grouping in grids
This preview feature, which requires the new grid control to also be enabled, allows users to group data within grids. This empowers users to analyze data and calculate subtotals per group. Grouping can be saved as part of the saved view definition when the saved views feature is enabled. - (Preview) Full page apps
This preview feature, which requires the Saved views feature to be enabled, allows Power Apps and third-party apps to be added as full-page experiences via the dashboard. For more details about what it means to be a preview feature, see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2105274
