This feature can help all customers who are using Vendor collaboration portal for their purchases. Now they can extend this feature to their vendor for updating Vendor’s bank account information. This will help us in keeping the track of information within system.
Pre-requisites:
- Enable feature:

- Add Duty to Vendor Admin External role
This is important one so that vendor user can access the vendor bank account on vendor collaboration portal.

Step-1: Login to Vendor portal and navigate to vendor information as vendor user

Step-2: Update attachment correspond to the Vendor bank account.
Here vendor user can not modify information directly rather user need to submit information as attachment either through any file, note or image etc..

Step-3: Login to Finance and Operations using AP user

Step-4: View submitted information by different vendors and update them to vendor master.

Tip: You cans et alert on this form to get email/notification on new information submitted by vendor.
