Many times, during multi legal entity implementation we come across requirement where customer would like to maintain the cross company shared data which will help them to maintain the integrity and consistency across all the legal entities.

In Microsoft dynamics 365 cross company data sharing helps us to achieve this requirement, it allows us:

-Create data across all legal entities

-Update or delete which will replicate in all shared legal entities.

-Control using defined policy at field level (What we would like to share)
