DEMF:
- Receive extern sales order
- Creates intercompany direct delivery purchase order
USMF:
- Auto create intercompany sales order against intercompany purchase order in DEMF
- Create manually direct deliver purchase order to fulfil external sale order in DEMF

Thank you for blogging , it is very useful and helpful . I have a question on this blog , DEMF and USMF are 2 different companies in 2 different Dynamics instances or just 2 companies within the same Dunamics FO instance of an orginization?.
I am exploring options for inter company trade between the Companies in difference business coiliations of same Parent Organization but have different DAX D365 instances but without any other external integrator such as EDI , so lets call in Inter comapny trade transactions between companies in inter instances.

Hi ,in this example both companies are within same instance. In your case when it is intercompany but separate instance then need to think how it will work, I am not sure currently on that.
